As easy as it is to set up your voice mailbox, using the Emergency Center is even easier.
To provide comfort to family members, determine where supplies need to be sent, and to keep lines of communication open with those you love, just call the toll-free phone number on your emergency identification card and leave voice mail messages regarding status and location.
How will you leave messages? Ways to reach the Emergency Center include text messaging, home phones, cell phones, borrowed phones, and pay phones. In addition to leaving your own messages, listen to voice mail messages from family members and keep others updated on all new developments.
Those not impacted by the emergency can listen to messages from affected members using the Internet to retrieve the most recent voice and text messages available.
