How to use the Emergency Message Center
Using the Emergency Message Center is a simple process of calling a 1-800 Number, entering your mailbox number and using our standard voice mail system AND/OR logging into our website Control panel and clicking on messages to listen to or read. Everyone in your Family, Group or Small Business can access your messages and will have quick and easy access to everyones status and location.

First Step - Create and Setup your Account


During & After an Emergency

If you ARE affected by the Emergency

Leave a Voice, Text or Email Message in your mailbox at the Emergency Message Center with your current status and location

How will you leave a message?

Option 1: Call the toll-free phone number on your emergency identification card and leave a voice mail message regarding your status and location.

This voice mail message will be posted on your message control panel AND forwarded to all family members via their notification preference.

  • Phone Call - our automated system will call a user and play voice mail message
  • Text Message - user will receive a text message with voice mail message attached
  • Email - user will receive an email with voice mail attached

Option 2: Text message - Text messaging is the most reliable communication method when normal communications are disrupted.
The text message will be posted on your message control panel and forwared to all members

Option 3: Satellite - Use the SPOT tracking device to send your status and location from anywhere to the message center and your family
*NOTE - This requires optional SPOT Tracking device


If you ARE NOT affected by the Emergency but want to check on family members Status

All messages into your mailbox will be automatically forwarded to you (if selected in your your notification preference)

Additionally you can

  • Login to your mailbox Control Panel
  • Click on Message List
  • Listen to Voice Mail Messages on your PC
  • Read/Reply to Text or Email Messages
- OR -
  • Call the Toll Free 800 Number
  • Enter Voice Mailbox Number/Password
  • Listen to Voicemail Messages from other Members
